Handing your installation over to us for ongoing maintenance
We start with the documentation, alarm history, a site visit and electrical testing, then set out the takeover terms and the scope of our responsibility.
We monitor, inspect and maintain solar PV systems, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and electrical installations. Today we look after over 10 MW, including installations built by other companies, which we take over after checking their condition and documentation.
The Technical Inspection diagnoses an existing system and is a paid service, separate from the free Energy Review, which ends with a Savings Map.
We start with the documentation, alarm history, a site visit and electrical testing, then set out the takeover terms and the scope of our responsibility.
Send us the symptoms, alarm messages, device model and any photos. On that basis we will agree the next diagnostic steps and whether we need more data or a service visit.
Companies we have worked for

Monitoring shows deviations in production and equipment performance, and planned inspections and electrical testing help establish their cause. This gives your maintenance team a list of specific actions, instead of reacting only once a fault starts to affect output or availability.
Alerts and yield analysis reveal drops in production and allow a faster response to deviations.
For PV systems, maintenance is a recurring cycle of monitoring, periodic electrical testing, thermal imaging and cleaning.
Thermal imaging identifies temperature anomalies. We establish their cause through visual inspection and electrical tests; a thermal image alone does not identify every type of module defect.
Diagnosis and repair of faults in inverters, protection devices, cabling and battery storage. Response terms are set in the service agreement.
Module cleaning and vegetation control on ground-mounted systems, where it actually improves yield rather than as a matter of routine.
A report on the installation’s condition, the work done and next steps gives the maintenance team and management a shared view of what to do and when.

View project details (in Polish)We work under a subscription contract with ongoing maintenance, or on request. After inspecting the installation, we agree the scope of responsibility, incident reporting, availability, priorities, response times and cost. These terms depend on how critical the installation is and how the site operates.
We review the documentation, alarm history, past repairs and monitoring data.
We check the actual condition of the installation, equipment, protection devices, connections and documentation on site.
We list what needs repairing, what is missing and what needs further diagnosis before ongoing maintenance begins.
We agree the O&M scope, availability, incident reporting, response times and the limits of our responsibility.
Since mid-2025 we have offered O&M not only to our own clients but also to companies whose PV installation we did not build. Taking over an installation from another contractor involves several steps. One is an electrical audit of the entire installation. It shows how far off the assumptions were: whether the fault lay with the designer or whether, in the end, price mattered most.
We look for a solution for every situation. Every plant, business and production line is different. Even with the same roofs and membranes and the same thermal insulation, something always comes up that needs its own solution.

People holding the qualifications required for the work, in accordance with Articles 62 and 62a of the Polish Building Law. Our electricians hold the relevant SEP electrical qualification certificates (the Polish certification for electrical work); the team and scope are confirmed in the agreement.
The schedule follows the manufacturer’s instructions, warranty terms and service agreement. In Poland, the building’s electrical installation is generally subject to periodic checks at least every five years under Article 62 of the Building Law. We inspect some of the installations we maintain every year.
Yes, including in installations built by other contractors. We start with on-site diagnosis and the monitoring alarm history, then establish whether repair or replacement is appropriate.
Production and inverter monitoring, periodic inspections, thermal imaging of modules and connections, electrical testing, corrective maintenance, module cleaning and vegetation control on ground-mounted systems, plus reports and documentation. We match the scope to the installation: rooftop or ground-mounted PV, BESS or industrial electrical installations.
Yes, if training is part of the agreed takeover or commissioning scope. We also set up an on-site procedure, so the maintenance team knows what to do in an incident and whom to notify.
The service agreement sets out the scope of responsibility, how incidents are reported, availability hours, priorities and the agreed response times. We match these terms to how critical the installation is and how the site operates.
We work under a subscription contract or on request. We define the scope and quote the cost after inspecting the installation and establishing what it actually needs. We do not sell ‘just in case’ packages: you pay for what the installation needs to run safely and efficiently.
Yes. We start with a condition inspection and electrical testing, so we know what we are taking over and what we are responsible for. On that basis we propose the scope and terms of ongoing maintenance.
If you want us to take over an installation, we agree the scope of responsibility and the cost after checking its documentation and actual condition. If you have a fault, send us the symptoms and any information you have, and we will agree the next diagnostic steps.
