About us · decisions before technology

We combine data, design and operating experience before the decision and after commissioning.

.KWARTZ pairs construction and maintenance with economic analysis. First we check whether the investment is in the client’s interest. Only then do we choose technology that can be safely designed, built, insured and maintained.

How we make decisions

Three principles that protect clients from a bad investment

01

Data before recommendations

The 15-minute load profile, invoices, the contracted capacity agreed with the distribution system operator (DSO), the grid connection, the roof, documentation and operating constraints matter more than the system’s nameplate capacity.

02

We look for options that fit your business goal

If the initial option has constraints, we compare technologies, installation locations, scope, phasing and financing. We set out technical conditions, costs and risks so we can agree the next steps together.

03

Long-term responsibility

A project does not end at installation. Monitoring, documentation and service matter for the system’s entire working life.

An installation is the start of a relationship, not the end of a contract.

First the contractor’s warranty, then ongoing maintenance. Today we have more than 10 MW under operations and maintenance (O&M).

Two companies, one brand

One shared standard of work

Analysis, advisory and general contracting (EPC)

.KWARTZ

Site data and the 15-minute load profile (interval data from your meter), a recommendation that weighs constraints against the investment case, and delivery as the EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) general contractor. The owners are involved in day-to-day work, so the decisions a project needs can be made in hours instead of passing through several layers of management.

We care about it, we talk it through and look for the best solutions for our clients. That is our tenacity: we look for a solution for every situation.

Frequently asked questions about .KWARTZ

Who are .KWARTZ, and how long have you been in business?

We are a Polish advisory and engineering partner and EPC general contractor for energy projects in industry. We started in 2012 as Zielona Strona Mocy and have operated as .KWARTZ since 2020. We have delivered more than 50 MWp for the commercial and industrial (C&I) sector.

What does “independent adviser, not a manufacturer” mean?

We represent the client’s interest, not that of a technology manufacturer or distributor. We check the economic case first and only then choose the technology and scope, matched to the data, risks and expected return, not to a single brand of PV modules or batteries, or to whatever we happen to have on offer.

What is your experience and scale?

We have operated since 2012 and delivered more than 50 MWp for the C&I sector. Our team has more than 30 people, we hold third-party liability insurance of PLN 10m and we are a member of DAFA. Selected installations and quotes from client reference letters are on our Projects page.
